October 10* - Open mike with Michael Jones and The Administrators – Come meet the who’s who
in the world of administration: principals, guidance, deans and department
heads and find out where to take your questions and send your students with
theirs
November 14* - Teachers are from Mars/ Parents are from Venus – A how-to meeting on
effective communication, productive collaboration and reasonable expectations. If we all practice it may eventually be
perfect.

Learning Community what does it mean at LHS from mission statement to professional
development and into the classroom? Join our staff in puzzling out the true
effect of committing ourselves to being a learning community.

May 4th a group of educators will descend upon LHS to examine us
over the course of several days for accreditation. We’ve been in preparation for 3 years. But
what does it mean? Are we ready? What
can I do to participate?
