By the end of this WebQuest, you will have learned about the specialties of the region of France that you have chosen to study. You will know the products that are unique to that region and you will have gained an understanding of what the French mean when they talk about "La Table." You will see that meal time is not just chow time. Our words "grub" and "mess hall" must be incomprehensible to a Frenchman. You will understand that while France is only slightly larger than the state of Texas, it has several different regions each of which has its own spécialités and that they are very proud of their uniqueness.
