You are a team of experts in the cuisine of the region of France that you have chosen. Your charge is to create a four course meal that reflects the specialties of your region which you will prepare and serve to your classmates at our "Fête de la Gastronomie" during the last week of classes in May. You will be responsible for reseaching the cuisine of the region, knowing the products, wines and cheeses of the region, designing both the carte1 and the menu, naming your restaurant at the "Fête de la Gastronomie," preparing and serving the four course meal and giving a talk en français on the gastronomy of your region.

Your team consists of a wine specialist (sommelier), a cheese specialist, chef-cuisinier, a pâtissier and the restaurateur. For more info on each of your areas of specialty, open your dossier below.
