The lead-up to Thanksgiving

The schedule is to do the following:
11/15  Reexpression of data, Review
11/16  Practice Ch 3 Test
11/19  Start Chapter 4
11/20  Real Ch 3 Test

On the 19th we will be doing two sections, 4.1 and 4.2. 4.1 is about measuring angles in radians and 4.2 is right triangle trigonometry, something you should have learned about last year.  Given that this is review, you should be able to get through the 4.2 homework before Monday should you wish to get ahead.  We will go over all of the homework on the Monday after Thanksgiving, the 26th.

4.1 HW Demana p.343-345/3-39 by 3's, 41
             Brown p.265-266/3,6,9,14,16,17

4.2 HW Demana p.352-354/3-21 by 3's, 23,24,37-43 odd,
                                               51-56, 58, 59, 65, 66

11/08  Applications of Exponential and Log Functions
             HW p.313-314/3-15 by 3's, 22,23,29,31,35,42,44

11/09  More Practice
             HW p.280/23,25,27,43-45,47-50 and p.314/45,46,51,52

A change in the modeling homework for 3.2

I am changing the homework listed for section 3.2 because the Brown book has some better problems.  The new homework for 11/01 is

Demana: p.279-281/1-17 odd, 19-22, 29-39 odd, 40
Brown: p.183-185/7-21 odd, 24
