Monday there's a quiz on solving and graphing inequalities. Your homework is to finish the set of review problems (from class Thu. or Fri.) and study for the quiz.

Wednesday we will take an Algebra 1B coursewide cumulative test, covering the entire course from the beginning up to October 21 (that is, everything except the new material on inequalities).

Test Tue. 10/21

This test will cover all we have studied about linear functions and equations (except for calculator best-fit lines which were already done on the last quiz). This is the material we covered in class from September 18 to the present. A review outline was distributed in class on Friday or Monday (depending on your class) and we spent Friday/Monday working on more review problems.

During the test, there will be a notebook check. You will receive some points in your grade based on whether your notebook is organized (everything in a three-ring binder in date order) and complete (all handouts back to the start of the year). Don't forget to bring your notebook to the test.

Finish the class packet from Wed. 10/15. Pages 1 and 2 are about horizontal and vertical lines; the rest of the packet contains review problems that will begin our preparation for next Tuesday's test.
