Homework is generally posted on the day it is assigned. Assignments are due at the next class, unless otherwise stated. If an assignment is given in class but doesn't get posted here for whatever reason, you're still responsible for it.

- In the handout packet "Linear Approximation and the Derivative": read p. 152 and do exercises 13-17 and 21-27.
- In our textbook, do 4.5 exercises 11-14, 19-25 odd, 31-45 odd. (Where it says "dx" read as "delta x".)

- In our textbook, don't read section 4.5, but do 4.5 exercises 1, 3, 5, 7, 8ace, 9, 10.
