Lexington High School

Senate

At Lexington High School we have a unique system of government in which students and faculty are elected in proportion to their numbers. The Senate meeting time, on Wednesday morning, is a time during which there are no classes or mandatory activities.All teachers and students are encouraged to come to Senate meetings. Currently there are forty students on Senate and fifteen faculty. Each Senator has an equal vote. For more information, click on Senate Constitution below.
