Senate has engaged in a heated debate of what
qualifies as an `underrepresented group.' After the last
meeting, the Executive Committee reviewed the
Constitution in the hopes of finding some clarification.
To our surprise, the Constitution describes the groups
as "NOT represented," rather than "underrepresented."
The Executive Committee takes responsibility for this

before soliciting petitions for seats."
